Mint Sauce Recipe

Description

This Mint sauce is east to make and great served on lamb as a condiment or a fantastic marinade. 


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups of mint leaves

1 Tbsp. sugar or Ontario honey

1/4 tsp. sea salt

3 Tbsp. of hot water (preferred boiling)

1 Tbsp. cider vinegar


Instructions

Using a small food processor add the the mint leaves, sugar/honey, salt and the boiling hot water and puree

Add the cider vinegar mixing thoroughly

Let rest for 10-15 minutes. This will allow enhance the taste


Notes

Make twice as much its that good!
