Description
This Mexican inspired Ontario lamb taco is perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground or mince lamb
2 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
10 – 12 taco shells – either hard shells or small 6-inch soft flour tortillas will work
Additional Taco Toppings For Consideration: Cheese shredded, lettuce, hand diced tomatoes, hand diced red onion, taco sauce, sour cream, chopped mint and or cilantro guacamole, Hot Sauce, Salsa.
